Our gift vouchers can be redeemed by its recipient either here in our webshop by entering its code
We sell individual vouchers with values of €15, 20, 30, 40, 50, 75, 100.
Extra payment in addition to the value of a voucher for a total purchase higher than the individual voucher value is possible. If the price of an item paid for with a voucher is lower than the value of the voucher, the difference can be refunded to its holder upon rerquest, either by way of PayPal (worldwide) or bank transfer (Europe only). However, the amount of the thus refunded voucher value must be lower than the part value of the voucher that was spent for the purchase.
Each voucher is valid up to three years after the day of its purchase.
This email version of our popular gift vouchers will be mailed directly to you within one working day - or, if you send us an email to webshop@villamail.de parallel to your purchase of the voucher, directly to another email address of your choice. Please note that our regular shipping cost (one-time up to €45 per order, from € 45 free shipping) will still be charged as a processing fee.
