The colors are burnt in before an extra coating of clear enamel provides complete protection: The ring is water proof and suitable for everyday wear! So hand washing or taking a shower is no problem.
But please avoid salt water etc. or any kind acids.
The ring is made of 925 sterling silver (hallmarked). It is adjustable and will fit all sizes between 6-9.
