Putting them in sounds difficult, but is super super easy and super comfortable to wear:
Simply attach them like you would any other earring by inserting the longer than normal back post through your ear hole. The earrings are now hanging down. Now open them a little, twist them and move them up along your earlobe. The long hook must be at the back of your earlobe. Squeeze. That's it. They stay put and you won't even notice when you're wearing them
